architectural glass
Stickwall has a number of high-quality glass unit fabricators that can provide their own proprietary glass coatings as well as equivalent performance and appearance to many North American glass suppliers.
Glass combinations include:
Monolithic glass in variable thickness and size.
Double insulated glass with or without low-e coatings.
Triple insulated glass with or without low-e coatings.
Inert gas fill.
Warm edge spacers.
Ceramic fritted glass.
Laminated glass in variable thickness and size.
Low iron glass in variable thickness and size
Acid Etched Glass
Acid Etched Glass is a high quality translucent glass that diffuses light to provide natural illumination whilst still maintaining privacy.
Sand Blasting Glass
Sandblasted glass is produced by applying a stencil pattern to glass and blasting it with sand. The stencil stops the abrasive sand from removing a layer of glass, rendering it clear underneath. By removing the stencil progressively during this process, shading and depth can be added to the glass .
Smart Glass
These glasses with smart film turn from clear to opaque status on demand providing unprecedented control over the amount of light, privacy and heat that enters a space. Additionally, windows that use smart glass do not need blinds, shades or other windows treatments, thus providing unobstructed views for the occupants.
Fabric Interlayers Glass
Fabric laminating gives you the opportunity to encapsulate a rich selection of fabrics within protective glass layers. The beauty, colour and texture of regular woven cloth, delicately constructed textiles or printed fabrics are protected when combined with the structural strength and practicality of glass.
Ceramic Frit Glass
Silk-screening ceramic frited onto glass lets a designer create a subtle or bold look for a building-using patterns and color. Silk-screened glass improves solar control performance and can be combined with clear or tinted glass substrates, as well as with high-performance coatings to reduce glare and decrease solar transmission.
Color Back Glass
Color back glass or often refer to paint coated glass creates a stylish look in the interior space. We provide quality and convenient solution to all types of back painted glass for construction projects and furniture use. Availability of our color is unlimited, with advanced equipment we are able to match customized colors on different substrates.
Fusing Glass
Textured glass adds visual interest and varying levels of opacity to just about any application by creating subtle shifting of light. Perfect for furniture, shower enclosures, privacy windows and more, standard textured glass is a very economical option. Produced by pressing semi- molten glass between two metal rollers to imprint a distinct pattern, textured glass diffuses light creating new opportunities for conceptual freedom and design.
